All our Plasma TVs and displays include a free 5-year warranty. This comprises the initial manufacturer's warranty extended by an additional Domestic and General Warranty for the 5-year term. The Domestic and General warranty covers all parts and labour for repairs which are carried out in your home, and also provides a "new-for-old" replacement TV of at least as good a specification in the event your TV cannot be repaired economically.
Manufacturer's warranties vary in period from one to five years, and after the first year usually have additional terms and conditions which apply. This may be the requirement to purchase the TV in our store, or to receive a detailed product demonstration, or to purchase between particular dates.
All Plasma and LCD TV and display devices may have or develop a small number of dead, stuck, or flashing pixels. Each manufacturer has their own policy as to how many pixel failures are considered "within specification" and therefore do not constitute a defect that will be repaired under warranty. You should check with the manufacturer directly if you require confirmation of their policy.
