We offer a 2-4 day free delivery service for all our products within mainland UK.
For home deliveries you can request delivery to your work address or a neighbour if you are unable to be in during normal business hours - please specify this at the time you place the order.
If you want your order in a hurry, we also offer a next working day service. Orders will ship on the next working day after we receive them for guaranteed delivery on the following working day. Orders received before midday will usually ship the same day, but this is not guaranteed.
If you order an item that is shown as not in stock, we usually expect to ship goods within 5 working days of receipt of your order, but this may not always be possible. In the event that delivery will take longer than 10 working days from receipt of order we will contact you via e-mail or telephone and give you the option to cancel your order and refund any monies you may have paid. If any product you have ordered is no longer available, we will cancel your order and inform you by telephone or e-mail.
Whilst we try hard to avoid this, sometimes an item is shown in stock in error. Where this happens we will contact you via email or telephone and advise you when we expect to be able to ship your order. We will always give you the option to cancel your order and refund any monies you have paid. If you have paid for next working day delivery but nevertheless decide to keep the order with us we will always refund your expedited delivery charge.
Plasma TVs are delivered by our door-to-door courier service - UK Today. Once we have passed your order to them for delivery, they will contact you on the phone number you supplied and arrange a mutually convenient time for your TV to be delivered. Normally the delivery vehicle will be a two-man crew and they will deliver the TV directly into the room of your choice. They will be able to give you a morning or afternoon delivery slot, and, if necessary they will contact immediately before they arrive.
Other products are shipped via DHL or TNT, both of which which provide a signed-for door-to-door trackable delivery service. Typically we use TNT for business address deliveries and DHL for home deliveries. Please note that someone must be in to sign for the delivery or a card will be left for you to arrange re-delivery with the courier.
Because we understand that many people are at work all day, for DHL home deliveries you can request re-delivery during the evening if no-one can be home during normal working hours.
When we ship your order, we will always send you an email with your DHL or TNT tracking number.

You can track your delivery via DHL by going to DHL's website at http://track.dhl.co.uk/tracking and selecting the "Nextday - By Ident Code" option then entering your tracking number into the "From Ident Code" field.
Please be aware that for TNT and DHL shipments we cannot advise you exactly what time to expect your delivery.
Please do not call about non-delivery until the end of the day as deliveries can arrive at any time during the day. |
