By law, customers in the European Union have the right to withdraw from the purchase of an item within seven working days of the day after the date the item is delivered. In the event that you wish to return a product to us you must send an e-mail to
stating that you wish to return the product. We will advise you how to return the product to us, which you must ensure is kept in as new condition, and is returned with all its packaging intact and contents complete. Providing you have done this we will refund the price you paid for the goods together with its delivery charge via the same method you paid for the goods. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods unless we advise you otherwise.
Because we want you to be delighted both with your product and our service to you, in addition to your statutory rights we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee if you don't want the goods and haven't used them, and a 30-day partial refund even if you have opened and used your order but later decide you dont want them.
Under our 30-day guarantee you may return goods to us as follows:
If, within 30 days of the date of delivery, you wish to return the goods you may do so for a full refund of the product price providing the goods are unopened (with any seals and shrink-wrap intact) and in their original condition. You must send an e-mail to
returns@tlcbroadcast.co.uk stating that you wish to return the product within the 30-day period. We will advise you how to return the product to us, and refund the full price you paid for the goods but not the delivery charge via the same method you paid for the goods. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods unless we advise you otherwise.
If, within 30 days of the date of delivery, you wish to return the goods but you have opened and used them, you may do so for a partial refund of the product price providing the goods are as new, complete (including all accessories), in their original condition and packaging. You must send an e-mail to
returns@tlcbroadcast.co.uk stating that you wish to return the product within the 30-day period, but that you have opened the goods. We will advise you how to return the product to us, and refund the price you paid for the goods less 20% re-stocking charge and excluding the delivery charge via the same method you paid for the goods. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods unless we advise you otherwise.
If, on delivery, the goods are faulty, you may, at your option, either return the goods for a full refund, or elect to receive a replacement. You must send an e-mail to
returns@tlcbroadcast.co.uk stating that the goods are faulty. At our option we may choose to visit you to confirm that the goods are faulty, or advise you how to return the goods to us. Once we have established the goods are faulty we will either (at your option) replace them or refund the full price you paid for the goods including the delivery charge via the same method you paid for the goods.
If we send you the wrong goods you may, at your option, either return the goods for a full refund, or elect to receive the correct replacement. You must send an e-mail to
returns@tlcbroadcast.co.uk stating that the goods are incorrect. Once we have established that you have received the wrong goods we will either (at your option) replace them or refund the full price you paid for the goods including the delivery charge via the same method you paid for the goods.
