We offer a comprehensive on-site installation service so that you can get the best out of your new Plasma TV as soon as it is delivered. All our Plasma TVs are delivered right into your living room using our specialist installation team. We always send two engineers to ensure the safe arrival and handling of your product.
We offer three defined levels of service:
FREE Standard Delivery
Your Plasma TV will delivered into the room of your choice in your house. However, it will not be unpacked or installed.
Install and Setup - £50
For just £50 your TV will be delivered into the room of your choice in your house. It will be unpacked, mounted on any separate stand you have ordered from us, connected and switched on and initial set-up carried out. Connection of Home Cinema or DVD systems is included. Cabling will be left neat and tidy, however carpets will not be lifted or re-laid to conceal cables, neither will channels be cut into walls or trunking supplied and fitted.
Install, Setup and fix to wall - £250
We will contact you via telephone prior to delivery to determine as far as possible that the wall you would like your TV fixed to is suitable. On delivery day your TV will be delivered into the room of your choice in your house. The wall-bracket you ordered will be fixed to the agreed wall in the location you have chosen. The TV will be unpacked and mounted on the wall-bracket, connected and switched on and initial set-up carried out. Any DVD product (excludes Home Cinema Receivers/systems) you have ordered from us and which is supplied at the same time will also be connected. Cabling will be left neat and tidy, however carpets will not be lifted or re-laid to conceal cables, neither will channels be cut into walls or trunking supplied and fitted.
Please note that we will not mount a TV on a stand or wall-bracket that is not manufactured by the maker of the plasma screen, unless supplied by us at the same time as the delivery of your TV. We will re-connect any existing DVD or Home Cinema products not supplied by us at your own risk, and provided they were originally connected to a TV that is being replaced..
You must be in to receive the delivery in the time window agreed with our engineers. If there are difficulties in access to the premises and the room of your choice you must mention these at the time of agreeing the delivery date, otherwise additional charges may apply or the delivery aborted. If the wall you have selected to fix the wall-bracket to is not suitable the TV will be unpacked but not mounted to the wall, but you will still be liable for the installation charge in full.
Custom Install
For more complex installation please contact us for a site survey and quotation. We can install complete home cinema systems, multi-room audio and video systems, projection systems and full home automation systems. All wiring can be concelaed within walls or under floor and a complete system controlled from wall-mounted or roving touch-screen control panels.
We will carry out all AV work on site, and can subcontract building and electrical work if required.
