Free 5-year warranty with all our TVs

All our Plasma TVs and displays include a free 5-year warranty. This comprises the initial manufacturer's warranty extended by an additional Domestic and General Warranty for the 5-year term. The Domestic and General warranty covers all parts and labour for repairs which are carried out in your home, and also provides a "new-for-old" replacement TV of at least as good a specification in the event your TV cannot be repaired economically.

Manufacturer's warranties vary in period from one to five years, and after the first year usually have additional terms and conditions which apply. This may be the requirement to purchase the TV in our store, or to receive a detailed product demonstration, or to purchase between particular dates.

Regardless of the manufacturer's warranty and terms we will always provide you with a full parts and labour 5-year warranty by extending the Manufacturer's warranty with our Domestic and General warranty if necessary. Domestic and General policies are fully underwritten by Domestic and General Insurance plc.

Your TV and anything else you ordered at the same time are delivered into the room of your choice in your home.

Unpack and Installation service - £50
Your TV and anything else you ordered will be delivered to the room of your choice in your home, unpacked, connected up and initial set-up and tuning carried out. 

Wall-mount service - £250
A telephone survey is carried out prior to delivery to determine the suitability of the wall you have chosen to mount your TV onto. Your TV and any DVD product (excludes Home Cinema Receivers/Systems) you ordered are delivered to the room of your choice, unpacked, connected up and initial set-up and tuning carried out. The agreed wall will be drilled and the wall-bracket will be fixed to the wall. The TV will be mounted on the wall-bracket.
