Any goods, services or information displayed on this website are not to be regarded as an offer, invitation, solicitation, advice or recommendation to buy any particular product on the website.
When you place an order to purchase a product from TLC Broadcast, we will send you an e-mail confirming receipt of your order and containing the details of your order. At that stage your order represents only an offer to purchase from us the product(s) contained in the order and does not constitute legal acceptance by TLC Broadcast of your order. Your order is only accepted by us when we send e-mail confirmation that we have dispatched the product(s) to you. Any products on the same order which we have not confirmed as having been dispatched do not form part of that contract.
Until we have accepted you order you may cancel it at any time by sending an email to
cancellations@tlcbroadcast.co.uk stating your order reference or sufficient other details to allow your order to be identified. We will refund the price you paid for the goods together with its delivery charge via the same method you paid for the goods.
2. Pricing
The listing price of all goods and services advertised is inclusive of all applicable taxes including VAT.
The cost of delivery is shown separately for each item advertised and also includes VAT.
TLC Broadcast tries to ensure that prices on this website are accurate, but sometimes errors may occur. If we discover any errors in the price of goods before we accept your order, we will notify you as soon as possible and give you the option to either resubmit your order at the correct price or cancel the order.
3. Availability
All goods are subject to availability. We expect to deliver goods within 5 working days of receipt of your order, but this may not always be possible. In the event that delivery will take longer than 10 working days from receipt of order we will contact you via e-mail and give you the option to cancel your order and refund any monies you may have paid. If any product you have ordered is no longer available, we will cancel your order and inform you by e-mail.
4. Shipping to unconfirmed addresses
All our products must be paid for immediately on checkout. At that time you may request delivery to an address other than the address your credit card is registered to (if you paid by credit card), or an address not verified by PayPal (if you paid by PayPal).
As part of our efforts to combat ever increasing internet fraud, in these circumstances we may wish ask you additional security questions before shipping your goods. You will be asked to accept a call from one of our customer service representatives to ask you these security questions. If you do not wish to be asked these questions, or fail to answer the questions correctly, your money will be refunded and your order will not be shipped.
5. Faulty Goods
If, on delivery, the goods are faulty, you may, at your option, either return the goods for a full refund, or elect to receive a replacement. You must send an e-mail to
returns@tlcbroadcast.co.uk stating that the goods are faulty. At our option we may choose to visit you to confirm that the goods are faulty, or advise you how to return the goods to us. Once we have established the goods are faulty we will either (at your option) replace them or refund the full price you paid for the goods including the delivery charge via the same method you paid for the goods.
6. Incorrect goods
If we send you the wrong goods you may, at your option, either return the goods for a full refund, or elect to receive the correct replacement. You must send an e-mail to
returns@tlcbroadcast.co.uk stating that the goods are incorrect. Once we have established that you have received the wrong goods we will either (at your option) replace them or refund the full price you paid for the goods including the delivery charge via the same method you paid for the goods.
7. Losses
TLC Broadcast's liability for any injury, damage or loss, in particular consequential loss, arising from the use of any goods purchased via this website, or from the transaction itself, is hereby excluded. Any injury, damage or loss arising directly from the negligence of TLC Broadcast or any of its agents will be limited to a refund of the value of the goods purchased, together with any delivery charges paid. We will not be responsible for any business loss (including loss of profits, revenue, contracts, anticipated savings, data, goodwill or wasted expenditure) or any other indirect or consequential loss that is not reasonably foreseeable to both you and us when you commenced using the website or when a contract for the sale of goods by us to you was formed. TLC Broadcast does not limit in any way its liability by law for death or personal injury caused from our negligence or breach of duty.
8. Warranties
No warranties or representations are made about any goods other than as expressly provided by the manufacturer. To the extent permissible by law all implied terms, whether by statute or otherwise, are excluded.
9. Alteration of Service or Amendments to the Conditions
We reserve the right to make changes to our listings on this website, our policies, and these Conditions at any time and without notice. If any condition is deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, such condition will not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining conditions.
10. Events beyond our reasonable control
We will not be held responsible for any delay or failure to comply with our obligations under these conditions if the delay or failure arises from any cause which is beyond our reasonable control. This condition does not affect your statutory rights.
11. Waiver
If you breach these conditions and we take no action, we will still be entitled to use our rights and remedies in any other situation where you breach these conditions.
12. Governing law and jurisdiction
These conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. You agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
